During our sessions called OCEAN PRANA BY INA DIMITROVA , I will guide you through a series of breathing exercises designed to activate your body’s natural healing abilities. Through conscious circular breathing, you will saturate your cells with oxygen, release tension, and stimulate the flow of energy in your body.
Ananda Mandala Breathing can assist in releasing past traumas, fears, and negative emotions that may be stored in your body. By bringing awareness to these emotions and allowing them to be expressed through your breath, you can experience a profound sense of release.
The benefits of this practice are numerous, including increased energy and vitality, improved mental clarity and focus, reduced stress and anxiety, enhanced emotional well-being, a deeper connection with self and others, and increased creativity and intuition.
No previous experience is necessary to join our sessions. Whether you are new to breathing exercises or have been practicing for years, everyone is welcome. We create a safe and supportive space for you to explore and release whatever is ready to be released.
